Unto Hlaford Æðeluulf munc, White Stag Principal Herald, and the College of Heralds of the Kingdom of the Outlands, does THL Khalidah bint Yahya'a, Rampart Herald, send her greetings.
What follows is the Letter of Response for May 2021 CE, ruling on the April 2021 Letter of Presentation (https://oscar.sca.org/index.php?action=100&loi=6920).
I would like to thank all of the heralds who were kind enough to provided commentary.

The following items were RETURNED for further work:

Katherina von Lehmann - Augmentation of Arms Resubmission (Kingdom). Checky sable and argent, a horse couchant to sinister Or and for augmentation on a canton argent conjoined in pale a pearled coronet azure and a harp Or
Returned for a rework, again, due to contrast issues with the canton and the charges on the canton. Previously returned on the October 2020 LoR (http://rampart.outlandsheralds.org/2020-09-lop/2010-lor.html).
