Unto Meister Andreas von Meißen, White Stag Principal Herald, and the College of Heralds of the Kingdom of the Outlands, does THL Khalidah bint Yahya'a, Rampart Herald, send her greetings.
What follows is the Letter of Response for February 2026 CE, ruling on the January 2026 Letter of Presentation (https://oscar.sca.org/index.php?action=100&loi=9736).
I would like to thank all of the heralds who were kind enough to provided commentary.

The following items were RETURNED for further work:

Luighseach Gillisdottir - New Device. Vert, an oak tree eradicated and fructed and a gore sinister Or
Returned for a conflict with Lachlan MacLean's badge (06/2005 via Ealdormere), Vert, a weeping willow tree eradicated within a bordure Or. Per SENA Appendix M1d, no difference between the trees or for fructing. There is 1 DC for the secondary - a bordure versus a gore. And returned for a conflict with Robert de Cleftlands' device (01/2006 via Gleann Abhann), Vert, an oak tree eradicated and in chief a mullet of four points Or. No difference for fructing. There is 1 DC for the secondary - a mullet versus a gore.

Pended to discuss name matters for their authenticity request and to get correct emblazon for the device as it is not on the standard-sized escutcheon required for registration.
Luighseach Gillisdottir - New Name [See Returns for Device].
Pended to get approval for the expected construction of the patronymic which is 'Gilladóttir'.
