Unto Hlaford Æðeluulf munc, White Stag Principal Herald, and the College of Heralds of the Kingdom of the Outlands, does THL Khalidah bint Yahya'a, Rampart Herald, send her greetings.
What follows is the Letter of Response for May 2025 CE, ruling on the April 2025 Letter of Presentation (https://oscar.sca.org/index.php?action=100&loi=9246).
I would like to thank all of the heralds who were kind enough to provided commentary.

The following items were RETURNED for further work:

Asbjorn Dreyrugr - New Name & New Device. Azure, a cross throughout parted and fretted Or
Name returned for lack of proper documentation for 'dreyrugr' - please see the commentary on OSCAR for more details as the discussion was quite intense. For the device, it is returned for only have 1 DC from the flag of Sweden as SENA A5.C.1 states that for voided charges a blazon of of primary charge + tertiary charge must be considered. A commentor did suggest an alternative design that would similar in aesthetic. These items are also administratively returned for being on outdated forms. Please use the new name and device forms for resubmission which can be found on the Rampart Herald's page - http://rampart.outlandsheralds.org/#submissionforms.

The following items were PENDED by Gold Castle Herald:

Willard MacIntyre - New Name.
Yngvarr inn hárfagri - New Name & New Device. Vert, a natural tiger rampant argent marked sable and a bordure quarterly sable and Or estoilly counterchanged
