Unto Hlaford Æðeluulf munc, White Stag Principal Herald, and the College of Heralds of the Kingdom of the Outlands, does THL Khalidah bint Yahya'a, Rampart Herald, send her greetings.
What follows is the Letter of Response for January 2025 CE, ruling on the December 2024 Letter of Presentation (https://oscar.sca.org/index.php?action=100&loi=9083).
I would like to thank all of the heralds who were kind enough to provided commentary.

The following items were RETURNED for further work:

Aarquelle, Barony of - New Badge. Azure, a torch Or enflamed proper, a mountain of three peaks argent
Returned for conflict with Mark Lightburn (02/97 via Atenveldt): Azure, a torch Or enflamed gules. One DC for addition of the mountain (secondary charge), no DC for changing tincture of the flames (less than half the charge).
