Unto Hlaford Æðeluulf munc, White Stag Principal Herald, and the College of Heralds of the Kingdom of the Outlands, does THL Khalidah bint Yahya'a, Rampart Herald, send her greetings.
What follows is the Letter of Response for May 2023 CE, ruling on the April 2023 Letter of Presentation (https://oscar.sca.org/index.php?action=100&loi=8088).
I would like to thank all of the heralds who were kind enough to provided commentary.

The following items were RETURNED for further work:

Aria de Châtillon - Device Change. Vert, a greyhound rampant conturney argent gorged of a chaplet of roses charged on the shoulder with a harp vert, a bordure counter company vert and Or
Withdrawn by submitter as it was mistakenly submitted. They thought their device change had been returned by Laurel on the January 2023 LoAR (http://heraldry.sca.org/loar/2023/01/23-01lar.html#248) but it had been pended instead.
Eanred of Tamworthie - New Device. Per bend argent and azure, an owl and a weaver's shuttle fesswise crossed by a feather bendwise counterchanged
Returned for a rework per SENA A3D2a (http://heraldry.sca.org/sena.html#A3D2a) as there are three primary charges on the field aka 'slot machine'. Commentors on the LoP offered numerous suggestions - including emblazons! - of alternatives that use all three charges but have them on different fields, etc.
