Unto Hlaford Æðeluulf munc, White Stag Principal Herald, and the College of Heralds of the Kingdom of the Outlands, does THL Khalidah bint Yahya'a, Rampart Herald, send her greetings.
What follows is the Letter of Response for February 2023 CE, ruling on the January 2023 Letter of Presentation (https://oscar.sca.org/index.php?action=100&loi=7946).
I would like to thank all of the heralds who were kind enough to provided commentary.

The following items were RETURNED for further work:

Jehan Mór - Badge Resubmission (Kingdom). Argent, a frog rampant within a bordure vert
Returned for conflict with Greer Jonsdottir (02/95 via Atlantia): Argent, a frog rampant vert spotted sable, a bordure embattled vert. There is one difference for the style of bordure. The submitter had a LoPtC from the other conflict - Eithni ingen Talorgain (01/04 via Northshield): Argent, a frog rampant vert within a bordure sable
