Unto Baron Timothy O'Brien, White Stag Principal Herald, and the College of Heralds of the Kingdom of the Outlands, does THL Khalidah bint Yahya'a, Rampart Herald, send her greetings.
What follows is the Letter of Response for August 2019 CE, ruling on the July 2019 Letter of Presentation (http://oscar.sca.org/index.php?action=100&loi=5938).
I would like to thank all of the heralds who were kind enough to provided commentary.

The following items were RETURNED for further work:

Æðeluulf munuc - New Badge Change. Barry wavy argent and azure, a herring haurient gules

Falco Barasco - New Device. Or on a pale endorsed azure a crane argent maintaining a stone sable
Returned for being in conflict with Adwen Wrenne (09/2008 via An Tir): Or, on a pale cotised azure a sun argent. There is only one DC for the crane versus sun. There is also a color on color with issue with the stone. The stone needs to be argent or Or when on a colored field. Cærdic Sunu Æthelwulf - New Name & New Device. Per pale Or and argent, two wolves combatant sable
Name pended to get approval for the proper name structure of Cærdic Æthelwulfes sunu. Device pended because it is not on the standard shield shape and, ideally, the wolves need to be larger/more identifiable.

Auria of St. Golias - New Device Change. Argent, an ass passant sable bearing a saddlebag argent, in chief a spouted pot gules
