Unto Baron Timothy O'Brien, White Stag Principal Herald, and the College of Heralds of the Kingdom of the Outlands, does THL Khalidah bint Yahya'a, Rampart Herald, send her greetings.
What follows is the Letter of Response for June 2019 CE, ruling on the May 2019 Letter of Presentation (http://oscar.sca.org/index.php?action=100&loi=5839).
I would like to thank all of the heralds who were kind enough to provided commentary.

The following items were RETURNED for further work:

Withdrawn by submitter as commentary noted that the arrangement of charges is not allowed as per SENA Appendix I.D: "We do not allow overall charges to overlie peripheral ordinaries, except as an Individually Attested Pattern."
