Unto Baron Timothy O'Brien, White Stag Principal Herald, and the College of Heralds of the Kingdom of the Outlands, does THL Khalidah bint Yahya'a, Rampart Herald, send her greetings.
What follows is the Letter of Response for June 2018 CE, ruling on the May 2018 Letter of Presentation (http://oscar.sca.org/index.php?action=100&loi=5207).
I would like to thank all of the heralds who were kind enough to provided commentary.

The following items were RETURNED for further work:

Ylfva of Lorraine - New Name.
Originally appearing on the March 2018 LoP (https://oscar.sca.org/index.php?action=100&loi=5117) and pended on the April 2018 LoR (http://rampart.outlandsheralds.org/2018-03-lop/1804-lor.html) to see if the submitter wanted an alternative to Ylfva as there continued to be a lack of documentation for Ylfva as a given name. The provided documentation was only for the surname of Ylffwa. The submitter decided to withdrawal the submission for rework.
