Unto Angus Reid MacFarlane, White Stag Principal Herald, and the College of Heralds of the Kingdom of the Outlands, does Khalidah bint Yahya'a, Rampart Herald, send her greetings.

Brónach ny Crowly - New Name & New Device. Gules, a dragon Or between three dice argent marked sable
The name is returned for multiple construction issues - please see the commentary on the ILoI (http://oscar.sca.org/index.php?action=100&loi=4662). One of the commentors also left suggestions of properly constructed names utilizing all documentation provided on the ILoI. The device is returned for a lack of name to go up with it. The name is returned for construction issues of the surname and transliteration issues of the byname versus the surname. Commentors offered several different options for the surname in the internal commentary. The device is returned for a lack of name to send up with it. Rhowyn Miranda Magee - New Name & New Device. Argent, a brown-haired mermaid maintaining a wooden drop-spindle and a wooden distaff proper threaded and dressed, a bordure azure
The name is returned for issues with 'Rhowyn' and 'Miranda'. The provided documentation is insufficient and both names appear on the problem names project (http://medievalscotland.org/problem/names/rowan.shtml; http://medievalscotland.org/problem/names/miranda.shtml).
