What follows is the Letter of Response for April 2017 CE, ruling on the March 2017 Letter of Presentation (http://oscar.sca.org/index.php?action=100&loi=4437).
I would like to thank all of the heralds who were kind enough to provided commentary.

The following items were RETURNED for further work:

Adalyde bint Yunus al-Zarqa' - New Device. Gyronny of twelve Or and azure, a peacock in its pride proper

Hródgierr Sorthjerte - New Name & New Device. Per saltire argent and purpure, a heart sable
The name is returned for clarification on the name the submitter desires. While there were notations of change desired in the commentary, it is unclear as to what was exactly wanted. The device is returned for a conflict with Rustique de Suard (97/04 via the Middle): Gyronny purpure and argent, a heart sable. There is only one DC for the change of the field.
