Unto Angus Reid MacFarlane, White Stag Principal Herald, and the College of Heralds of the Kingdom of the Outlands, does Khalidah bint Yahya'a, Rampart Herald, send her greetings.
What follows is the Letter of Response for April 2016 CE, ruling on the March 2016 Letter of Presentation (http://oscar.sca.org/index.php?action=100&loi=3796).
I would like to thank all of the heralds who were kind enough to provided commentary.

The following items were RETURNED for further work:

Saikhan Nasan - New Device. Sable, on a flame Or a peacock in its pride gules
Returned for a redraw as the peacock is not identifiable. Grenade, fireball, and rose were the commentors' first impressions of the strange red mass in the center of the flame. Emblazon: http://oscar.sca.org/emblazons/Outlands/2016-03/saikhan-c.jpg

Wolf Krieger - New Device. Azure, a wolf rampant and in chief two pawprints argent
Returned for a redraw as the wolf is not indentifiable as a wolf and lacks proper internal detailing. Some commentors also noted that the body position was difficult to identify and blazon. Emblazon: http://oscar.sca.org/emblazons/Outlands/2016-03/krieger-c.jpg
