Unto Randal Carrick, White Stag Principal Herald, and the College of Heralds of the Kingdom of the Outlands, does Khalidah bint Yahya'a, Rampart Herald, send her greetings.
What follows is the Letter of Response for August 2015 CE, ruling on the July 2015 Letter of Presentation (http://oscar.sca.org/index.php?action=100&loi=3348).

Returned for a conflict with Saige ferch Cedwyn (01/05 via Atlantia): Per pale vert and sable, a tree blasted and eradicated within a bordure Or. There is one DC for the change to the field, and there is no DC for the tree styles per [Áine O'Shaughnessy, 12/05, R-Atenveldt]. Erchambaut le Breton - New Device. Argent, a rose proper within an orle of mullets of six points sable
Returned for a conflict with Judith the Rose (10/98 via Atenveldt): Argent, a rose gules slipped and leaved proper. There is one DC for the addition of the orle of mullets.
