Unto Randal Carrick, White Stag Principal Herald, and the College of Heralds of the Kingdom of the Outlands, does Khalidah bint Yahya'a, Rampart Herald, send her greetings.
What follows is the Letter of Response for April 2015 CE, ruling on the March 2015 Letter of Presentation (http://oscar.sca.org/index.php?action=100&loi=3142).
I would like to thank all of the heralds who were kind enough to provided commentary.

The following items were RETURNED for further work:

Cecilia Caterina da Firenze New Device. Per saltire purpure and argent, a domestic cat couchant guardant sable, four fleurs-de-lis in cross argent and vert, a bourdure argent semy-de-lys purpure
Returned for a redraw. The primary charge is not identifiable as a domestic cat and it is too small. It would be helpful to use a more heraldic rendition of a domestic cat. Ealusaid inghean Mhaoil Choluim New Badge. Fieldless) A hummingbird hovering purpure
Returned for a conflict with Moira MacDermott, 07/12 via Trimaris, Argent, a swallow rising purpure, maintaining in its beak a shamrock vert due to the following: Hovering - the wings addorsed, the body sort of palewise but embowed, and the tail tucked forward under the belly. This term may only be applied to hummingbirds. It is granted no difference from rising. Cover Letter, Dec 2007, under "From Wreath: Hummingbirds Volant, Rising, and Hovering"(http://heraldry.sca.org/loar/2007/12/07-12cl.html). There is only 1 DC due to the Fieldlessness.
