Unto Randal Carrick, White Stag Principal Herald, and the College of Heralds of the Kingdom of the Outlands, does Khalidah bint Yahya'a, Rampart Herald, send her greetings.
What follows is the Letter of Response for March 2014 CE, ruling on the February 2014 Letter of Presentation.
I would like to thank all of the heralds who were kind enough to provided commentary.
The following items were RETURNED for further work:
- Wilhelm Reissen Device Resubmission. Vert, a gore and three bear pawprints Or
- Returned for conflict with Watt Kidman, Vert, three goat's hoofprints inverted Or, as there is no different between inverted prints and non-inverted ones
The following items were PENDED for further Discussion:
- None
The following items were forwarded to Laurel Sovereign for final determination:
- Jacobus Locard - New Device. Per chevron embattled gules and argent, two fetterlocks Or and a sea-stag gules
- Magnus Nikolasson - New Name & New Device. Per pale argent and sable, three chevronels ployée, and in base two axes in saltire counterchanged
- Zephirine Isabeau Matheu de Lymos - New Name & New Device. Purpure, a bear rampant contourny and on a chief Or two grape clusters proper
