    Unto Randal Carrick, White Stag Principal Herald, and the College of Heralds of the Kingdom of the Outlands, does Khalidah bint Yahya'a, Rampart Herald, send her greetings.

    What follows is the Letter of Response for December 2013 CE, ruling on the November 2013 Letter of Presentation.

    I would like to thank all of the heralds who were kind enough to provided commentary.

    The following items were RETURNED for further work:

    • Thomas Davidson the Seeker New Device. Sable, a winged unicorn contourny argent
      • Returned for a redraw as the "unicorn" used is not the proper heraldic unicorn. It is a unicornate horse which is not registerable. The "unicorn" is also in an unblazonable posture.
    • Unser Hafen, Barony of New Order Name. Guardians of the Portcullis of Unser Hafen
      • Returned for a lack of designator in the order name. The document that accompanied the form did have a designator listed - 'Order of the Guardians of the Portcullis of Unser Hafen' - but since the form specified no major changes, this has to be returned for new forms to specify the designator.
    • Unser Hafen, Barony of New Order Name. Minstrels of Unser Hafen
      • Returned for a lack of designator in the order name. The document that accompanied the form did have a designator listed - 'Order of the Minstrels of Unser Hafen' - but since the form specified no major changes, this has to be returned for new forms to specify the designator.
    • Unser Hafen, Barony of New Order Name. Riders of the Portcullis of Unser Hafen
      • Returned for a lack of designator in the order name. The document that accompanied the form did have a designator listed - 'Order of the Riders of the Portcullis of Unser Hafen' - but since the form specified no major changes, this has to be returned for new forms to specify the designator.
